Manhattan Project Children Stories
The original mission of the Manhattan Project Preservation Association was to capture the stores and recollections of children who grew up in Manhattan Project locations. Over the years, the MPHPA gradually moved toward Manhattan Project veteran recognition and education as its primary initiatives. The following are some of the childhood stories the MPHPA received in its early years. The Atomic Heritage Foundation encourages others to submit similar stories.
